Brand Standards
We operate under strict quality and compliance standards aligned with the requirements of the brands we carry.
All products are sold in their original manufacturer packaging. No relabeling, repackaging, or alteration of any kind is performed. UPC codes and lot numbers remain intact.
Inventory is stored in temperature-controlled, ventilated facilities. Products are kept sealed, off the floor on pallets or shelves, away from incompatible substances and direct sunlight.
We manage all inventory on a first-in, first-out basis. Products approaching their shelf-life or best-by date are reviewed regularly and removed from active inventory.
We respect each brand's Minimum Advertised Price policy across all sales channels. No product is advertised or sold below the manufacturer's established pricing guidelines.
We do not create product bundles or multi-packs without prior written authorization from the brand. Each SKU is sold as individually intended by the manufacturer.
Our team is familiar with every product we carry and provides accurate pre- and post-sale support. We manage returns, address complaints promptly, and cooperate with brand investigations.

We do not source from gray market channels, unauthorized resellers, or international intermediaries. Every purchase is supported by a valid commercial invoice and can be verified upon request by the brand or its authorized representatives.
